MANDATORY

  • Race wristband with timing QR code must be worn visible all the time during the race.
  • Wear a swim cap, goggles, and activewear suitable for running and swimming in open water/beach.
  • Open water swim buoy TOW FLOAT for beginners.
  • Highly recommended to wear WATER SHOES that are safe for swimming and running on the beach.


PROHIBITED

  • Swim paddles and fins are not allowed in the race.
  • Any form of propulsion from a motorized source or deemed to be an unfair advantage by the organizer.

Functional Exercises is the foundation of fitness and strength training that are needed by everyone to enhance coordination, strength, and endurance in everyday activities. Doctors use Functional Exercises to help patients maintain healthy muscles, joints, and bones – prolonging a healthy life for the elderly.

Athletes use Functional Exercises to improve musculoskeletal strength and endurance, balance movement, prevent injury and achieve maximum performance in their sport specific training program.


THE WARRIOR FITNESS BATTLES is an individual functional fitness challenge contains 6 to 10 tests of functional exercises as follow:

  1. Push Up Mountain Climber
  2. Medicine Ball Russian Twists
  3. Kettlebell Deadlift
  4. Shuttle Sprint Lateral Hops
  5. Pull Up / Australian Pull Ups
  6. Sandbag Front Squat Press
  7. Dead Ball Pick Up Over the Shoulder
  8. Box Jump Hand Release Burpees / Burpee Broad Jump
  9. Standing Medicine Ball Woodchopper
  10. Loaded Carry Walking Lunges – AMMO Box


The tests are created with the intention of allowing runners and swimmers to perform to their max potential. The Organizer will issue the final testing protocol and instructional videos for the competition to establish uniform movement standards.

  • You have provided to the organizer in the online registration is true and correct.
  • Practice good sportsmanship always.
  • Be responsible for his/her own safety and the safety of others.
  • Know, understand, and follow all the race rules.
  • You are obliged to help in case of emergency if the organizer or other participant is asking for it.
  • You are not allowed to use unfair methods to get advantages or outside assistance.
  • You must always follow the instructions of race officials.
  • Inform a race staff promptly after withdrawing from the race.
  • Treat race officials, staff, spectators, the public, and other participants with respect and courtesy.
  • Obey laws, local regulations and avoid any type of demonstration of political, religious, or racial propaganda. 
  • No littering, bins will be provided at water stations.
  • Sign the event disclaimer and waiver prior to the commencement of the race.
  • Bring a towel, dry clothes, fitness gloves, and everything with you necessary to complete the race.
  • It is your responsibility that you are sufficiently fit and healthy to participate in open water swimming. 
  • Muaya Beach in general is very safe for swimming and running for the community.
  • You must always follow the marked course.
  • The course is open to the public, please be considerate and always give the public right of way.
  • You do not participate in the race while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • During the race, you must not engage in any conduct that may cause harm to another participant or their property, or in any criminal activity, bad language, or other anti-social behavior that will interfere with the conduct of the race or damage the reputation of the event.
  • You acknowledge and agree that you take full responsibility for the occurrence of any of the risks that result in any harm to you before – during – after the race and that no other party, including but not limited to the event organizer are responsible for any harm caused to you.
  • A recovery area and water/isotonic drinks will be available.
  • Lifeguard, rescue boat, and first-aid medical staff will be available onsite to attend to any medical emergencies and issues.
  • Medical treatment – You consent to receive and pay for any medical treatment (including without limitation, ambulance, or emergency transportation) which is considered by the Organiser to be advisable or deemed reasonable before, during, or after the event and agree to indemnify and keep indemnified the Organiser for all costs associated with this medical treatment.

  • You are entitled to a 25% refund of the ticket price if you withdraw from the event at least 7 days before the event, a 50% refund up to 30 days before the event.
  • The Organiser does not guarantee that the event will take place at the time stated on the event website and reserve the right to delay the starting time of the race or to alter the duration of the race or any proposed event activities, or to cancel or abandon the event at any time, where circumstances occur beyond the reasonable control of the Organiser including but not limited to approval of the event permits, natural disaster, bad weather, strong and dangerous currents, and swells or other safety or security concerns.
  • Where the event is delayed, canceled, or abandoned in any of these circumstances, you agree that no cash refund of the event fee will be payable, but you will get a promotional coupon worth IDR 500,000. – for the purchase of event merchandise and registration for the next event.

The Organizer respects your right to privacy, and we use personal information collected from participants to inform them of event details.

You agree that photos and videos taken at the event can be used on the event website and social media channels for promotional purposes to the extent permitted by law.
